Hi All,
Successfully configured the latest on my Zotac box.
I was earlier trying it own Virtualbox settings, I thought I will now go with the real one.
I am going to put it to use and see.
I can check /test any features which developers wanted to try

Hi,
On my opnsense I have done NAT in this way my PC in my LAN network can browse and use the internet , both http and https
I did not  enable proxy settings, but for web filtering I have enabled "remote access control list" and applied.
I thing the "remoter access control list" works only with the proxy server settings  and not with NAT.
It did not work for me
So is it correct to conclude that "remote access control list " which I defined in the proxy admin list wont work for NAT

I am also very much new to opnsense.
Yes each time when I installed opnsense  I have created the SSL for proxy , enabled the transparent proxy ( see http is working )
Later I found out from the url

They have SSL issue with transparent proxy, will wait till 16.7 released, today I upgraded my VM instance to 16.7 developemnt release , just looking around it

Hmm,
I think we have to wait till 16.7 release
read from the docs https://docs.opnsense.org/manual/proxy.html , that they do not recommend and it will be ready by only 16.7 version
Will wait or try to download the test instance and check

Hi All,
I have tried around 6 to 7 times installing and configuring OPNsense .
I started with 16.1.8 installation and latter upgraded to 16.1.17. Each time when I try I able to configure and make transparent proxy  work for http , but not for https
I have followed the how to do for transparent proxy, cross checked and made sure I have not missed any steps during the proxy setup as per the document.

But each time, only I am able to make http work as trasparent proxy, not the the https.
Has anyone faced this issue, is it only me with this problem
Or did i have missed some fine setup.
