Macht das denn Sinn auf einem Raspberry eine Firewall laufen zu lassen? Die Performance ist doch nicht sehr hoch?

Ich sehe das als eine Art "personal firewall" für einen Client oder unterwegs, mit UMTS-stick oder WLAN. Baut dann auch automatisch die passenden Tunnels, macht IPS auf und man hat sein gewohntes Umfeld und muss den Stick nicht in seinem Rechner laufen lassen und absichern.
Ansichtssache, wie so vieles ;-)

Wenn du es am laufen hast Berichte mal bitte,
Mich würde auch interessieren welche Geschwindigkeit das DIN mit OpenVPN schafft
