NetFlow Data Capture

Curious what others are doing with your Netflow data. Are you capturing it to local or are you capturing it on another system? I have a 128 gig drive in my DIY firewall, so I am thinking I could capture local and then use the logging options to move it off at a log server? Can this be done?
