OPNsense installation via bootstrap script
« on: September 25, 2018, 01:50:18 pm »
Hello,

I'm new to OPNsense and FreeBSD and doing some testing now.

I did minimal FreeBSD11.1 install (because I want to use ZFS)
then did the freebsd-update
and finally installed OPNsense via official bootstrap: https://github.com/opnsense/update#opnsense-bootstrap

Now I have:
 11.1-RELEASE-p14
 OPNsense 18.7.3

PROBLEM: I can't assign the default WAN Gateway neither by OPNsense CLI menu, nor by Web GUI.
In Web GUI I see:

I can ping gateway but netstat shows nothing! :o

Is it because of some kind of versions incompatibility or something esle?
If I do clean install from official OPNsense ISO then everything works fine.
Please help  :-[

Ok, after another reboot I got the default route.
