Dear All,
After the update we are facing some issues with the phones.
our protocols are SIP.
when we call externaly people can hear us fine, however when we are called from external the voices keep dropping .

I managed to change the NAT outbound rules to Automatically but the quality is still poor.
the PBX is hosted somewhere else, so i have created a Alias with the PBX IP. and created a rule on the WAN to allow everything from that IP to VLAN30 which is the VOICE VLAN ( please see the screenshots of the firewall ).
Wildixin is Alias with a IP adress of the PBX.

please advise how to get this resolved.

thank you

Hi All,

I have the same issue after upgrade 17.1.7 with 3CX PBX, in pflog all session are accepted.
The registration to sip provider working fine but the calls will be blocked.

I have reinstalled my old firewall at a moment...... :'(

Hi Julien,

with 17.1.6 the voip in my network working fine (with stun server or redirect the voip traffic with NAT), after the upgrade to 17.1.7 the voip traffic does not work.

Today I will try to downgrade the software

#opnsense-revert -r 17.1.6 opnsense

You can check the voip traffic with this command:

tcpdump -n -e -ttt -i pflog0 'host IPOFYOURPBX'

Bye Bye
