Bug Undo

I have a little bug which is not critical at all

If I move a rule I have a yellow information asking me for Apply or Undo. If I click undo, nothing happen and the message stay.

I tried on last Chrome and Firefox.

 By the way, on chrome, the Rule's buttons (edit, suppress) are not really usable because when you click on it, it automatically move the rule (like a drag & drop).

I'm on Windows 8.1

Double click the rules = edit them.
