Hardware build

Hi can some one recommend me some hardware to build a new OPNsense box
currently running it a server with dual quad core xeons (8 total phisical cores) and 8GB ram as you can imagine this box is greedy on the electric and TBF mega over kill spec too but it was just what i had spare.
The only requirements i have is obviously the lower electric consumption the better dont care if its intel or AMD (i do prefer intel better as you generally get a lot more performance out of lower power hardware but obviously this comes at a cost money wise)
it also needs to be able to cope with load balancing a 152/12 and a 65/20 Mbps connections i dont use any extra packages,
wanting to spend a max of £100 already have a HDD and at least 1 Gbit Ethernet card spare so they will save on cost, so looking for something with 2 built in Gbit ports or at least 2 PCI-E slots to put more cards in as i need 3 for load balancing
i was thinking something along the lines of a system with a AMD Sempron 2650 and a few gig of DDR3 ram,
these are Dual Core 1.45GHz chips and use about 25 watts, My mum has a system with the AMD Athlon 5350 which is the semprons bigger brother and she has no problem with HD vids youtube FB games or anything but im wondering if the sempron might just be a little under powered but i cant keep going on with the current system as its costing an arm and a leg to run haha
Thanks for any pointers Ash

I have used a lot of the systems from Logic Supply with m0n0wall and SmallWall and get consistent 600 meg transfers. (On on Intel gigabit nics, not the realtec addin boards) The Atom based firewalls sip power, for the grunt they bring to the table. Tell Steve Win I sent you. It may not help, but who knows.
