Mailing list update

Dear all,

While the mailing list software was just updated, the low frequency users@ and devel@ mailing lists have been removed. annouce@ is still there.

Everybody seeking help should go to the forum and / or GitHub.

We hope this move helps to bring people and their ideas closer together for a lasting long term benefit.
