current update 18.7.3?

current update is recorded, but is not displayed under my updates but only among the installed packages.

i´m using this on my vm.

Changelogs don't fetch, so your access to the main server is blocked. We try to distribute changelogs only from the main mirror so it's always up to date regardless of which package mirror you use in case that one goes stale. Same for bogons.
