Dynamic DNS IPV6 update?

I have my Dynamic DNS Setup for No-IP Free.   What I have noticed is the IPV4 ip updates just fine, but I don't see it updating the IPV6 Ip Information?  Not that it's a huge deal to log in and change it myself, but is there an Option I missing somewhere to update this?  Is it a different service that needs setup?  Or something planned for down the road?

IPV6 is part of the free package,  least wise it's part of my free one, I have both ipv4 and ipv6 options available under my account, it auto updates my ipv4 but I have to manually do my IPV6.

They do support IPv6, but not dynamic updates... you need to do it manually.. That's according to the nice young lady on the video on this page.

Every Dynamic DNS service in OPNsense supports IPv4, but few have "(v6)" equivalents. Submissions welcome.
