To integrate your OPNsense into wifi (client) you'll need a wifi interface. The interface can be a internal wifi card or an usb device.
It is very important that the wifi device ist supported by FreeBSD!!!
I've made some good experiences with usb devices with RALINK RT5370 chipset. But be aware, that such usb devices only supports wifi up to 54Mbit (802.11g)!
If you want/need more speed (802.11n) you'll need an internal wifi card (i.e. Atheros Chipset).

The wifi interface needs to configured into client mode connecting the existing wifi and hast to be configured as wan interface (DHCP).

best regards
Dirk
