Submenu aliases disappear

Hello,
I am new with this product and today i move to upgrade my device to the  last firmware 18.7.9.  After the upgrade I can't  create aliases.  The Aliases submenu is disappeared so selecting Aliases I can only see the aliases already configured and I can only enable or disable it.
 
Please anyone have same situation ? Whats wrong ?

Screenshot please From which version did you upgrade? Alias code changed in 18.7.6 but be sure it's still working

Hi, please here teh attachment. I made new installation i dont rememebr exactly wich version was but should be 18.7.x  . before when i click on aliases there was a submenu where I added the aliases in the img attached. Now there is no submenu. How can add other aliases ?

Should be correct, but it is not there. I tryed to click everywhere but nothing I cant add aliases .  Any suggestion?

Clear your browser cache

Ok I have reintalled some components and now the + is appered. But Chrome  not diplay TYPE field correctly. So using fiefox works fine.Thanks
