Unbound DNS: Blacklist visibility

Is there anyway to get visibility into all dns resolutions? Also in relation to "Unbound DNS: Blacklist". What domains are getting blocked, which are not. And from what device and the network etc. I've been hunting around the OPNsense GUI, looking thought the plugins. I've not been able to find it.

How do you guys manage this?

Well I do not often look into it, but you could simply take the related .txt files from github. See here: https://blocklistproject.github.io/Lists/
