i want to make iso of a installed version of opnsense
how can i do that?

Why would you want to do that? You make a backup of your configuration, install a new version of OPNsense then import the backup - it's that easy.

no, i upgraded the opnsense and install something on it. i want create this image for other installations

Boot the firewall from a clonezilla USB stick or CD and store an image of the local disk on another device.

You can have your image whereever you want after it is created but there is no installer. An easy way to install an image or back it up is FOG. It is like clonezilla but it works over the network so you can clone your image from a server directly on your device.
