Failed upgrade to 25.1.2

Attempting to upgrade 25.1.to 25.1.2, but it fails to on downloads, I've tried changing mirrors.  Any help appreciated:

Still looks like a mirror issue... Which ones did you try ?

Are you seeing this  if you select the Amsterdam mirror ?

It was originally set to default, I tried Kent Uni then Amsterdam, all the same.  Today I tried Kent Uni again and it was the same, failing at first package.  I tried Terrahost(Norway) but that repository just gave an error on selection, I then selected 'default' and this time it got a little farther,then I tried (New York) and it went a lttle further still, see below.  Starting to wonder if my system or the communication is having a problem with hashes/fingerprints I'm not familiar with the detail of the process but the statement missing or size mismatch, fetching from remote seems to indicate the pkg manager goes to a remote location to get the fingerprint after each file is downloaded.  Starting to wonder if I should try running the suggested pkg update -f

I have also performed the steps suggested in this thread. Reinstalled pkg and opnsense-update. A reboot does not clear the problem. Clearing the cache does not reveal errors, and pkg clean.

all failing filenames contain a comma, not the expected dot.

Could this be as simple as a locale issue on one of the machines involved in the repositories replacing the dot? ie while compiling a filename list.
