looking for solution like in hotel

hi every one

i am trying opnsense as good replacement to pfsense, i am looking for solution like in hotels, i am living in a compound and want to share my internet connection with colleges as well share my land line over wifi.  my current set up is using pfsense as follows:
1- wan connected to a 200 Mbs fiber optic dhcp router
2- lan configured as hot-spot wifi only 192.168.100.1/24
3- opt1 configured as dhcp server connected to 3 isa servers 192.168.150.1/24 with 3 static ip's and some other users using dynamic ip, lan only
4- opt2 configure ad hot=spot wifi only 10.10.0.1/16

i have slow issue after installing opt2 card, working on it

what i need if any body can help me, i am looking to share my land line phone calls, also provide movies on demand

Off the top of my head I would say Asterisk (http://www.asterisk.org/) with a POTS card and Plex (https://www.plex.tv/) respectively. Slightly off-topic for this forum, naturally.
