"Proxy Overall bandwidth throttling" can not be emty if "Per host bandwidth throttling" set.

squid: Bungled /usr/local/etc/squid/squid.conf line 150: delay_parameters -1/-1 32000/32000

Confirmed, I've added a ticket on GitHub, but not sure how to fix just yet.
