firewall - lan/wan interfaces not available in rules creation

Hi,
after upgrade I lost access to webconfigurator. After disabling fw manually I was able to get in and wanted to add rules to firewall to allow access permanently.
There I found that in "Firewall"->"Rules" when adding new rule I have no ability to select/use lan and wan interfaces. The only options are OpenVPN and IPSec.
Thanks for any help...

Hi orpheus,
For some reason your WAN and LAN config got flushed from the config.xml. What hardware are you using? USB NICs maybe?
I'd recommend reassigning them from the console option 1), should bring them back.
If you can please share with us the config.xml that you had prior to the upgrade so we can trace the original error. They should be in System: Configuration: History.
Cheers,
Franco

Please save the interface config of the seemingly missing interfaces once (no change in enable/disable) and apply the config. They should come back one by one that way?
Cheers,
Franco
