Good morning,
is it possible to edit the deny page of the proxy filter like pfsense ?
like when the user goes to the blocked website wil be redirected to different website or see a kind of warning what we will create ?

Yes it is possible but not via the GUI.
You need to edit some files in /usr/local/etc/squid/errors

Don't know which logo you are talking about but I think so. Keep in mind that your changes may be deleted when something gets updated.
There is already a ticket for this feature:
