Connection between OPT1 <-> OPT2

Hello,
I need some help.

I want to access from the computers at OPT1 (e.g. 192 168 33.1/24) to the NAS and server at OPT2 (e.g. 192 168 155.1/24).
access.

How do I configure this in the sense?
