NONE_NONE/409 and no voice with battle.net

Hello,
i have a problem with vocal function in all blizzard game (with battle net)
When i check my log i see in proxy :

NONE_NONE/409 18987 CONNECT bnxp.vivox.com:443 - HIER_NONE/- text/html
then just before
NONE_NONE/000 0 - error:transaction-end-before-headers - HIER_NONE/- -

409 seem to be an SSL error i try to add .vivox.com in "SSL no nump sites" but it doesn't help me ...

Have you an idea to help me ?

After analyse again the log i find this line appear before each request :
NONE_NONE/000 0 CONNECT 74.201.106.231:443 - HIER_NONE/- -

i have whitelist this IP and now it's work but i don't now what DNS is attach to this IP ... so big chance problem was not entire solved ...
