Troubleshooting network issues

Hi everyone,
I'm pretty new at OpnSense, so please excuse me if I'm asking a stupid question.
I've installed OpnSense and have included the following services: IPS, UnBound DNS Block Lists, Firewall rules for GeoBlocking and Emerging Threats.
Now the issue I'm experiencing is, I'm watching sport on my TV, streaming via Apple TV box and the connection appears to get interrupted occassionally.
When I get to the firewall, I make a note of the IP address of the AppleTV from the DHCP leases and search through all the logs I can find to see if there was a problem with the device connecting to the internet. But I find nothing.
Is there a way to query all the logs from these services or a better way to troubleshoot network issues?
thanks in advance
