Hi i see that the rules of firewall can move but i dont know, please anybody tell me howto?

klausneil on the left side of a rule there is a checkbox. You need to select the checkbox and then on the right side of the rules there is a button that has an arrow on it. The button tooltip says "move selected rules before this rule". Click on the right side button to where you want the rule or rules moved to.

It would seem your native language may not be English. Hopefully you will be able to figure this out since it's easy to do.
