Transparent Proxy Woes

Hello all,

I am in the process of setting up proxy functionality on my firewall, and everything was going well until I hit the transparent proxy. When I disable proxy on the subnet I have everything setup I cannot resolve any websites. It I manually enable proxy I can resolve websites. Attached are my proxy rules and port forward. Am I doing anything wrong that is obvious?

NM...i figured it out that I was missing a source on one of the rules.
