Duplicating Requests?

Hi,
trying to routing and communicate between a sophos and my opnsense firewall
the admin of the sophos send me some tracking information and i dont understand how it comes that the opnsense seems to duplicate the request but not routing it through

any ideas?

i opened the firewall on the net he wants to come into..

Situation

10.100.0.0/16 -> SOPHOS - 10.100.42.0/24 - OPNSENSE -> LAN 192.168.100.0/24

Where i got to make Rules to let the 10.100.0.0/16 - LAN to my 192.168.100.0/24

My Suggestion just rules in the 192.168.100.0/24 right? Or has the 10.100.42.0/24 also to be open?

can it come from the outbound nat?

when i disable outbond nat on this interface i can not reach any target behind the sophos firewall
