Question on Pppoe setup from beginning

Hello, ive been trying to search for a clear instructions for this but cant seem to find one. I am new to this firewall and the admin that we hired to set this up is hard to contact. He set it up but did not make it work. Now the thingnis I need to connect the dsl to thsis firewall. As mentioned to me they said i need to configure pppoe settings. I put the username and pass on pppoe wan page but i dont think it does anythong. So anyone can help atleast point me to the link i need to read for this? Thanks alot
