dnsmasq has high load

Hi,

I'm seeing a 100% WCPU load caused by the dnsmasq process. I don't think this is normal.

The advanced option are:
no-negcache
server=/example.com/10.99.0.1
server=/0.99.10.in-addr.arpa/10.99.0.1

10.99.0.1 is on the other end of a openvpn tunnel.

What can I do to fix this?
