Translation project update for upcoming 19.7

Hi all,

First of all thanks to the many contributors to our translations. Thanks to you OPNsense is available in 10 languages all around the globe!

There will be a language pack update for 19.1.8. Yet the larger point is that the strings were regenerated using the latest source code and so 7000+ possible translations turned into over 9000+, which requires new attention in every language to get back to 100%.
