The OS sees em2 and it is connected to the network with link lights on the OPNsense system and the switch. In fact I believe I saw a screen during the installation that indicated em2 link state was up. When I try to configure an IP address for em2 it comes back with the message link state down. Any ideas? I previously had pfSense running on this system and em2 was working fine.
It was not the installation screen but the boot up screen that indicates em0,em1,em2 link state up! I am unable to assign an IP address to em2 as message back says no link state!
