Multiwan not woking

I setup multiwan exactly as documentation but is not working, how i can see what is failing? i have 4 wans and i need this setup.

The option "allow default gateway switching" is checked, could be checked in a multiwan scenario?

Thanks, im looking to understand why not working at all.

Not failing over?  No load balancing?  What is not working?  What gateway monitoring IP is set?

gateway monitoring is set, but when a put a test machine with some specific wan on gateway it don't work.

anti lockout rule port 443 not allowed by default, why? and how i allow, it seems like im surfing over 443, and that is blocked.
