My lan network is 192.168.1.0, what is supposed to be put on the field Intrusion Detection - Administration - Home Network?

Your internal networks. It's needed when WAN is an internal network, but you need to treat it as external for rules to work correctly.

If your WAN is not private or listed in the default networks you're fine.
