Slow downloads OPNSENSE over PC

I migred Lan clients from sonicwall to opnsense, but when i try to download something on opnsense downloads are so slowed, on sonicwall its fine, i have all lan rule open and nic cards not usb for networking with 1gb switches, why is slow downloads? I try disabling Clamav and Ips but all the same, no good performance, the pc is so new, not an old one, and all nics realtek.

It must be related to the MTU.
Can you lower the MSS on LAN Interface to 1300 for testing?
