Sensei how to block Google drive

Hello everyone i'm looking to block google drive i added the url into the web control  User Defined Categories  but it didn't block anything is there another way to block google drive. Thank you for the help

If not, can you check whether Sensei detected any Google Drive (Sensei -> Reports -> Connections) ?

Thank you for the input. but i'm not getting it i checked the reports>>connections but didn't see anything that had to do with google drive do you or any of the other people here on the forum has some other thoughts?  Someone has done this in the past and would like to share some of there findings.

Hi @cgwork,

If you cannot see it reported, this means Sensei could not identify Google Drive. We tested it in our lab, same result. Looks like we need to improve detection for this protocol.

Once the detection is fixed, filtering will be automatically in place.
