Hi,

i'm getting a lot of UFS2 superblock failed errors when booting the opnsense (OPNsense 23.7.1_3-amd64), is this a dying ssd?
A reboot to singleuser and a fsck and this disk gives the same errors but a clean at the end.

Storage is cheap(ish) - I would replace it or at least reformat it and restore an OPNsense backup.

You make regular backups, don't you? ;) System: Configuration: Backups

Bart...

Hello,

I had this same problem recently and solved it by replacing the mSATA SSD.

From the look of your SSD brand and model, I suspect you have a QOTOM device? Hoodisk SSD SBFM61.3 is a common SSD in these devices. The SSD is dying, I suggest backing up your config, replacing the SSD, and restoring the config.
