You mean like in the official release announcement?

Quoteo Since this is a major OS upgrade and OpenSSL changes from 3.0 to 3.5 third party repositories may interfere with your upgrade experience.  Removing offending repositories and plugins may help; or wait for affirmation from the respective repository owners.

Congrats on the 26.7 release!  I also got caught by updating a test machine with ZenArmor Sensei - and it also failed to start ZA after the update
Agree that ZA is considered third party - but seeing as many rely on this extra plugin, maybe there should be a warning for 26.7 release that "those who are using ZA should wait until Sunnyvally releases a compatible version for 26.7 - as an Upgrade will break this feature"

Just a suggestion!

srsly? You want to have this on your LAN? Together with office Windows PC and some DVR and expose all of them to the interwebs?

Why use a "firewall" in the first place? Get a switch and done. Don't expect it will take longer than a few minutes and all your network is compromised.

If you had AdGuard Home installed from the mimugmail or mimugmail-single repository, it will survive an upgrade to 26.7 and continue to work.

You only need to disable the repository, not uninstall the plugin. The plugins UI will show it as "orphaned", but that is not a problem.

AdGuard Home was never a community plugin in the official OPNsense repo.

That conflicts with : https://forum.opnsense.org/index.php?topic=52380.msg270283#msg270283

AdGuard should work but you can't update it yet ?!

Migrated from 26.1.11  and AdGuard is not seen in the community plugins.

Do not upgrade if u need AdGuard and NextDNS.

Quote from: PotatoCarl on Today at 02:04:26 PMWhat am I missing to configure under Linux?
I think in order to help you we need more information like :
- Which distro ?
- Configuring from a DE or via nmtui/nmcli ?
- Did you read this : https://networkmanager.dev/docs/vpn/
QuoteNetworkManager 1.16.0+ supports WireGuard natively and requires no plugin
??

And anything else you can tell us and might be related to the issue :)

Quote from: patient0 on Today at 02:36:29 PMAre you sure the OPNsense forum is the ideal place to ask that question? I for one have never setup Wireguard using NetworkManager, only using wg-quick.

Best to ask in either the forum of the Linux distribution you are using or NetworkManager forum.
Surely SOMEONE can help him here ?!

In the end it's a VPN Client issue and there's even a dedicated sub-forum for VPN stuff :)

no, not realy. Not completely purging the idea of reinstall, but as it is not my main opnsense box i'll wait till the release of the new ZA. To my defense I should say i'm aware of importance of having backups and snapshots. But my current VM setup does not do it automaticaly and I have not expected this to be a mayor upgrade, breaking the update proccess instantly - even when downloading and updating it's own packages... As I have not been warned anywhere :] and suddenly - during new pkgs install - Unable to update repository SunnyValley. I thought this is not a beta anymore...
