Last post by lmoore - Today at 03:01:57 PMYou may be able to install OPNsense 22.1 on your back up machine as it still be available to download from the mirrors.
Take a current back up of your SuperMicro Atom and remove the tick for 'Do not backup RRD data.' before downloading the configuration.
Set up the back up machine on an isolated network to avoid IP address conflicts with the installation on the back up machine and especially when you've restored the configuration file.
You may be able to restore this configuration in to the OPNsense 22.1 installation. If there are differences with the interfaces, you will be prompted to resolve them.
If the restored configuration looks good, swap out the Atom with the back up machine and verify functionality.
If you are able to install updates, install the last of the 22.1 series, which is 22.1.10.
Perform another configuration back up remembering to remove the tick so your RRD data is backed up too.
Review the update notes prior to each update and if necessary, make appropriate changes after the update.
Repeat the configuration backup prior to each major version upgrade.
I don't recall any unexpected behaviour when I updated my system to 26.1. However, when you get to 26.1.11 make sure you perform the firewall rules migration prior to upgrading to 26.7.

Last post by HBerger - Today at 02:27:39 PMGlaub nicht das es dafür einen allgemeinen Ansatz gibt, oder es denn Sinn macht.
Z.b. Wenn Claude was für mich macht oder recherchiert, liebt er es, python scripte zu bauen die er dann auf meinem PC laufen lässt (im non automode muss er immer brav dazu fragen). Genau die holen die Daten und erzeugen die für Claude interessanten Files/Daten/Dumps.
Also im Request siehst du meine IP, und irgendwelche 0815 Tags, oder vielleicht Tags von der python request lib und dazu passende cookies.

Last post by meyergru - Today at 01:06:33 PMIch bin mir nicht sicher, ob Kea "fremdvergebene" Leases bei bloßer Verlängerung anzeigt. Abgesehen davon kann es ja sein, dass Dein Client noch gar nicht wieder gefragt hat, weil die alte Lease noch nicht abgelaufen ist?
Entscheidend ist eigentlich nur, dass Kea läuft und die Option "Firewall rules" aktiv ist, um den Zugriff zu ermöglichen.

2. Mein erste IP ist die .101, aber der Client hat die 200
Der Client hatte vorher eine IP vom ISC DHCP erhalten, weiß aber leider nicht, ob es die .200 war.

Es kann gut sein, dass Kea von Deinem Client einen Renew-Request für dessen alte IP bekommt, den er eventuell gewährt, obwohl er eine feste Reservierung für eine andere IP hat (oder hatte). So etwas passiert auch gern, wenn der Client zuerst einen Lease bekommt und man den dann in eine feste Reservierung mit einer anderen IP umwandelt - dann muss man erst die alte IP/MAC-Zuordnung aus Kea löschen.
Außerdem kann es so sein, dass "Match client-id" eingeschaltet isr, woraufhin die Reservierungen anhand von Client-IDs und nicht von MACs vorgenommen werden. Dann würde Dein Client eventuell in den Leases auftauchen.

ich hab jetzt alles umgestellt, aber leider ein Problem.
Ich erhalte eine IP per DHCP aber nicht vom Kea DHCP.
Den ISC DHCP habe ich deinstalliert, also das Plugin entfernt.
Woher erhält der Client seine IP?
Hab die OPNsense schon neugestartet, aber es ändert sich nichts.
Habt ihr einen Tipp?
