The widget's 'Updated at' timestamp has a bug in it... it skips exactly one update cadence. So if you're licensed for 24 hours it will show 48. If you're licensed (plus) for 4 hours you will see 8 hours and for premium it will show 40 minutes instead of 20....

We actually solved it today but it wil only be shipped with the next update: https://github.com/opnsense/plugins/issues/5415

That would be actually cool.

As well, I had more time to play a bit with the new updated TiP, its fantastic. As mentioned above the visibility is superb.
For a T-shooting nerd like me, what you provide in TiP is just a dream.

I would love to have all of this directly in OPN GUI (or selfhost it via docker :D), but I understand its most likely not possible.

Great job guys! Keep it up, looking forward what you have next on the table.

Ich endlich mal wieder, sorry, bin derzeit im Umzugsstress und hatte die Probleme hinten angestellt...


Jetzt ist mir allerdings etwas aufgefallen, das seit dem Update gar nicht mehr geht:
Meine Kaffeemaschine kann Bezüge auf die Plattform visualizer.coffee hochladen bzw konnte.
Das geht seit dem Update wohl nicht mehr.
Die Software der Maschine hat ein kleines Plugin zum hochladen.
Wenn ich die Bezugsdaten per Browser direkt auf die Webseite von visualizer hochlade, dann geht das auch. Es scheint also ein Problem in der Art und Weise zu liegen, wie das Plugin kommuniziert.


Wenn ich statt opnsense Wifi einen Hotspot per Handy auf dem Android Tablet der Kaffeemaschine benutze funktioniert alles wunderbar, die Konfig auf dem Tablet scheint also okay.

Ich hab mal testweise Adguard abgeschaltet, ansonsten benutze ich ja nichts...
Hab mal den Traffic mitgeschnitten (siehe Anhang)

Da geht ja irgendwas schief... ist das ein MTU/MSS Problem?

Clicking on my account name on the top-right gives me these menu options: Dashboard, Orders, Subscriptions, Downloads, Address, Payment methods, Account details, Log out

In none of these I'm able to enter a license code for the trial. The Orders, Subscriptions and Download page only point to a generic 'Browse products' link.

You can also add ip ranges to groups so that eg one group is not accessible via the source IP of the vpn, but another is.

Same here. I'm using the community version, and I noticed it only updates every 48 hours. After cleaning the aforementioned directory, the interval dropped to 24 hours. I also noticed that the newly downloaded malware_domains file is nearly twice as large.

I forgot the set:

Optional prefix ID    
Optional interface ID

I migrated from ISC DHCP to DNSmasq and am keeping the same DHCP reservation range 10.0.1.100-10.0.1.255 after the switch on my 10.0.1.0/255 network.  All device IPs below 100 were manually set on my network but when I go to the hosts menu in DNSmasq, none of these IP addresses are listed.  What is the easiest way to get them over here.
