Ich würde mal überall schauen, ob alle nötigen Routes vorhanden sind. Bekommen denn alle S2S Router alle (!) nötigen Netzwerke reingedrückt in der Config? Ggf. nochmal push route probieren.
Ohne die detailierten Configs ist das aber alles fortgeschrittenes rühren im Nebel :-D

I would love to have an additional checkbox "disable root login in serial console" or a comment at the "disable root" event telling the user that root, although disabled, can still log in via serial. :-)

User root is disables in user management, but by chance I noticed that this user can login via serial console anyway.

Wifi, not sooo easy as it looks...Documentation is apparently gone with the wind, can't find it anymore.
Create at first an interface under
Interfaces -> Wireless -> Devices -> press "Add"
under
Interfaces -> Assignments assign this Wifi interface
and subsequently configure the interface by klicking it in Interfaces.
Should connect afterwards, sometimes need a reboot to come up...

Hi!
This board is tricky (aka nightmarish) to install to. I tried several USB sticks, finally and in the end I plugged in a SATA DVD-ROM and everything went... ehm... no not fine, but finally got something running on that board. The J1900 predecessor of this board was even worse, have a google :-)
PS: Only try with latest firmware installable...

Bought a box with an Atom D525 and 4x RJ45 (Intel) on an MSI MS-9877, doing very fine for some 7 months now. Only added a silent fan on top of the CPU to keep everything at ambient temp... :-)

I set up a box with wifi as WAN (search forum ;-) ) it is not that reliable, depending on the access point on the other end of the connection, the driver and and and and...
I use this setup just for traveling as a safer alternative to direct wifi use and to establish my tunnels automagically.

Changed the direction of one of the tunnels, i.e. the opnsense has only one server and one client, runs like a charm... (with all appropriate firewall rules on LAN and OpenVPN tabs set...).

Sorry, stuck even before you, I set up 2 peer-to-peer shared key openvpn tunnels, the second doesn't even connect, no errors in the logs, even with verbose 9...

I don't see the point in the server certificate for a shared key tunnel?!? I set up my servers on pfsense some years ago and did not touch them, except for some new ones for an opnsense installed recent as peer-to-peer (opnsense as client), doing just fine from the start...
