23.1 Legacy Series / Zerotier broken on 23.1

Hi all.
anyone else noticed zerotier is broken on this release?
After updating zerotier is not working and for the life of me i cannot see why, it connects, i see it up on zerotier.com, cli give status ok but the is no transmission in or out and i have changed every firewall rule i can think of and nothing.
Is there any way to downgrade back to 22.X release until this release get stable?
