22.7 Legacy Series / [SOLVED] Devices not listed in Leases and ARP Table

Hello.
I am running OPNSense 22.7.11 on physically separate device and HA (TrueNAs > HASS with ESPHome addon).
For every device of ESPHome* I use API and manual IP but I cannot find leases in DHCP (obviously) and in ARP Table.
Any suggestions ? They still work and I can visit WebService.
Is there any other way of checking them ?
Also I have checked INTERFACES: DIAGNOSTICS: PACKET CAPTURE with no result.
*-Software for ESP based devices to communicate with HA.
Edit: Well I was today years old that I got knowledge that if two devices are on same subnet and don`t use DHCP and Firewall router does not know about them because they are talking directly to each other.
