I am wondering the same thing here... I subscribed to NetData news, and received and email today... they are now at 1.41.... the plugin still at version 1.21

Hi,
I using No-IP and setup was not straight forward as 1-2-3. It works now. I checked within my No-IP dashboard, and it is indeed updating.
But OPNsense dynamic DNS account tab is not telling anything, no current IP displayed and no last update time either.... daemon is updating/checking every 15 minutes.

As per your post, I changed the pattern matcher per your suggestion and it solved my problem. Many videos I watched were using Hyper scan. I am now able to scan both LAN and WAN, and I am already having events in my log, one thing I never been able to have… loll.
I also subscribed to ET Pro Telemetry, and it is working flawlessly now.

Hi everyone,
So far, enabling Suricata by following OPNsense tutorial, and many other ones found on the net, just for making I am not missing something, with block rules installed did not work at all. Log is always empty. I'm running latest OPNsense 23.1_6 freshly installed 2 weeks ago.
I really don't look where to look now.
Any clues??

Yes, I am able to see it in the log file.... but why it is not displayed in the web console section Dynamic DNS => under "accounts" ??
The info is empty... "Current IP" and "Updated" are staying empty

It was indeed the case. It works now, and I am able to see the update process was successful on the no-ip web dashboard. But I can't see /OPNsense/Services/Dynamic DNS the status of the last attempt in the window neither the actual IP adress.... blank area.

Hi,
I tried several ways to setup ddclient with my subscribed account no-ip.com by installing ddclient plugin.
I am always having an error telling me cannot find a valid IPV4 on my WAN interface.
I am been using my account with my former router without any flaws since many years. I an wonderting why I cannot find an easy solution to make it works with OPNsence.
Does anyone had success with NO-IP.com
