Virtual private networks / No option to add manual neighbor in OSPF via Wireguard

Is there a way to add manual OSPF neighbors for non broadcast (NBMA) OSPF? The page in the GUI is missing, but when looking at pfSense documentation there's a page specifically to add neighbors manually.
