I'm getting this issue too, and had to flip to an HTTP mirror to upgrade. I don't have any custom repos installed.

Yep, same issue. No matter how I clean my cache things will not display correct in health audit, Update, etc.

Going to try a full on chrome cache nuke.

That did it. Lame, but it fixed it.
