Ok, just ordered the one from the link. I'll report if it works as expected.

I'm searching for the proper DAC cable to connect the SFP+ port of a DEC740 to the SFP+ port of an Aruba Instant On 1930-24G switch. According to the notes in the shop, the SFPP-PCxxx series from sf.com should work. Is it enough to choose the proper cable variant for the switch (https://www.fs.com/de/products/36784.html) or do I need a custom dual mode cable to support both devices? And, if I need a dual mode cable, which manufacturer / model do I have to choose for the DEC740 port?

I don't know if it is a related problem, but I also experienced a strange issue related to the configuration of interfaces on a fresh install of 22.1 (upadted to 22.1.2_1 straight after installation).

If I enable / disable a single interface (phys or vlan) or change it's configuration, the GUI 'hangs' after 'apply' until I reload the browser tab. If I change multiple interfaces at once (saving each, applying once at the end), the GUI entirely stops working until I reboot the appliance - maybe a restart of the corresponding service would also solve the problem.

Both conditions are reproducible.

I'll look deeper into that the next days - maybe there are some related entries in the logs.

I can confirm this - many errors in all system logs.

ist der entsprechende LAN-Port der Fritz-Box evtl. auf Energie sparen (100 MBit) eingestellt?

Das mit dem reinen Modem ist bei Vodafone eigentlich ganz einfach machbar, indem du die Fritz-Box gegen die Vodafone Station tauschst. Diese lässt sich dann in den Bridge-Modus schalten - ist dann quasi nur noch ein Modem.

Bei der Download Pipe habe ich es bei Quantum und Limit bei den Defaults belassen. Funktioniert perfekt  :)

Die Ermittlung der Limits für die zu konfigurierende Bandbreite habe ich hiermit gemacht:

Man beachte die Bufferbloat-Werte. Bei mir vorher C bis D - jetzt A+.

Um nochmal auf das Thema Hardware zurück zu kommen - ich habe mir kürzlich eine FW6B von Protectli besorgt (https://protectli.com) und bin sehr zufrieden. Super verarbeitet und montiert - läuft 1a.

Die Übersicht findest du unter Services > DHCPv4 > Leases.

Schau dir mal die SG250er von Cisco an - die sind gut und bezahlbar.
