Hello everybody,

the idea is to use OPNsense as system software on hardware that can provide POE+ on a few ports. Ask me 2 questions:

1. Are there any considerations to implement this in OPNsense/HardenedBSD (Plugin?) or what would this mean for effort? (e.g. turn POE on and off via GUI per interface)
2. Which hardware with minimum POE+/802.3at ?

new dhcp entries in the LAN are not resolved by unbound. the option is activated (Register DHCP leases..) but only a restart of the service brings success.

während einer Erneuerung der WAN IP nach 24h (gutes altes DSL) ist eine ältere APU1D mit 17.7 komplett zusammengebrochen. Die Logs zeigen nicht viel auf außer das die APU einen Cut hat und einfach neu gestartet ist. Zu dieser Zeit hat eine IPSec Verbindung gestanden welche aber nicht auf der OPNSense konfiguriert ist. (Laptop Client nach WAN IP). Konnte es bis jetzt nicht reproduzieren aber ist so noch nie aufgetreten.
