15.7 Legacy Series / Is Pfsense BUG (Limiters + HA) present also in OPNsense?

Hello,

I am using Pfsense 2.2.4, but unfortunately there is this bug https://redmine.pfsense.org/issues/4310 that results in Secondary firewall to crash. Is this bug in OPNsense fixed?
