24.7 Production Series / Unable to set correct timezone

I installed OPNsense with default parameters. The default timezone is UTC. Everything looks fine with firewall graphics displaying and logs reporting activity. As soon as I correct the timezone to the correct one (Central Time USA), all logs stop and all graphics stall. I am then forced to go back to UTC time so that logs and graphics refresh. I am fully updated to the last available version and the update proceeded without a hitch. Thank you!
