Intrusion Detection and Prevention / Microsoft family safety is blocked

My kids' computer not reporting any activities by Microsoft family safety app, this issue only happen when he is at home, when he bring the computer outside, it works fine, so I suspect my opnsense firewall blocked something. However I can give him additional time, block the website etc, that's means he can receive the policy just cannot upload the activities. any idea what blocked the upload or what exception port/host need to be opened for this? I am using unbounded DNS, so it could be firewall policy, could be DNS default blocked something.
