Web Proxy Filtering and Caching / Nginx Aliases

Hello together,

i'm not sure if this is the correct place for a feature request?
But it would be awesome to let us use some aliases, for example in the upstream server. Having around 100 rules with the same ip hard-coded is okay but not perfect.

Web Proxy Filtering and Caching / Nginx doesn't reload config

Hello,

i'm experimenting with the nginx plugin a little.
But i'm having a weird issue: I change some settings (doesn't matter what) and try to reload the config in the top right corner, but this doesn't apply changes apparently.
It feels like the buttons in the top right corner doesn't do anything at all, as when i stop it there nothing happens and it's still running.

The only way for me to apply changes made in the config is to disable nginx in general settings and enable it again.

Is there a better way to reload config like `nginx -s reload`?
