21.7 Legacy Series / [resolved] Issues setting up portforwarding

About my setup:
isp router on 10.0.0.0/24
opnsense router wan: 10.0.0.197
port 443 port forwarded to 10.2.11.201:8443
what works:
If I try to access 10.0.0.197:443 from inside the opnsense network port forwarding works as expected
what doesn't:
If I try to access 10.0.0.197:443 for the wan side(10.0.0.0) i get the "page not responding" error, the network tab is stuck on a single request that times out
as a temporary measure I have completely opened up my wan port to test where the problem occurs and checked the log so i could observe it in the live View(check attachment)
currently my guess where the problem lies would be DNS or NAT, but am unable to figure out how it could be solved
If anyone needs any aditional information in regards my configuration I would gladly provide it

If anyone else seems to have issues with setting it up DO NOT USE the Filter rule association, since it seems to not set the rule up properly, instead create the rules manualy
