Create the VLANs on each of the physical interfaces. Create one bridge for each VLAN. Only supported way in FreeBSD.

Android does not support DHCPv6.

I run an internal CA with a lifetime of 20 years and generated a wildcard cert with a lifetime of 825 days (the maximum for me because Apple messed up) for my internal domain. This goes on all devices where I absolutely cannot use ACME and Letsencrypt, like e.g. my UPS.

Uptime Kuma monitors all my internal devices including certificate lifetime. Rolling out a new one every 2+ years is ok for me.

Your VLANs - no. You need to change the parent interface for each of them individually. But you should not be running tagged VLANs and the untagged LAN on the same port, anyway.

Another option is SLAAC for the individual systems' uplinks but static configuration for all internal networks. But that only works if you do not have to deal with dynamic changing prefixes. I avoid these like the plague.

With top running type "o" for order, than "res" for resident size followed by ENTER. Other possibilities are e.g. "swap" instead of "res". Lets try to find out who is using all that memory and why.

Also with the fresh install up and running could you try to disable Interfaces: Neighbors: Automatic Discovery?

Have you tried doing a "bzip2 -d" first?

Can you show Interfaces: Overview, please?

It's a block list so it depends on where/how you use it. Unbound, AdGuard Home, ...

Then simply check the number of entries and the blocked requests.

As I am proving right here ...

Selected your line, clicked on "Quote selected text", wrote "yes", did the same again. Could have picked up any other line from any other post on the current page of course to quote and answer multiple posters in one go.

I'm currently setting up a forum for a new open source project and I will "of course" use SMF.

Kind regards,
Patrick

Are you running OPNsense for a couple of hours and when you connect to the web UI again, it's not working?

Or are you leaving the UI open for a couple of hours? I vaguely remember the latter not working for some people. I don't know, I never use OPNsense like that. Log in, configure or check stuff, close tab.
