Try to enable UEFI BOOT from BIOS and disable win7/win8 legacy.
This works for me.

19.1 Legacy Series / os-etpro-telemetry plugin is missing

Hi,
after an upgrade from - 18.7.9 to Iguana 19.1 - I cannot find the plugin os-etpro-telemetry in the list of plugin.
I'm encountering the same issue also after a fresh installation.
How can I fix it?

Ciao, fatto appena stamani.
Avevo upgradato da web ma avevo problemi di boot post aggiornamento (risolti tramite impostazione UEFI dal BIOS della macchina).
Solo che poi non vedendo presente il plugin per os-etpro-telemetry ho pensato a qualche bug in aggiornamento.
Quindi ho fatto una installazione pulita con import configurazione: almeno però aggiorna alla 18.7.9 (lo fai da update).
Comunque il plugin per os-etpro-telemetry non lo vedo ancora...
